Meeting
If you decide our services are the right match for your needs, our goal is to arrange everything so that starting services isn’t disruptive or overwhelming. We always recommend meeting with you whether in person or over zoom as we believe face to face is the way to best understand your needs. It gives us a chance to chat and answer any questions you may have as well as get lots of details about the assistance you require.
Matching a Caregiver
The most important part of arranging care is ensuring that we match a caregiver who has the right skills and also is someone with whom you enjoy spending time. We don’t use rosters or lists of caregivers. We work with a group of core staff so that we can do our best to select the right caregiver for you.
Following-up
