Never used them before. It was my first time.
I called and they assigned me Thessa who was AMAZING! She cared for my mom who suffers from dementia. If ever I need another PSW I will call Selectacare again and ask for Thessa back. Thank you everyone at Selectacare. You are all amazing!
Update. My mom is back with me. I canceled Selectacare thinking all would be good with my mom entering a nursing home. But it did not. I called Selectacare in a panic and they quickly reinstated my PSW. Amazing!
I cannot tell you how happy they made me that day when I was filled with tears.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care Frances provided to my sick mother who suffers from Alzheimer's. Frances spent a few days with us while we were away on vacation, and from the moment she arrived, her kindness and expertise was obvious. Despite her young age, Frances was very experienced in caring for elderly individuals, which immediately eased my initial concerns. Her gentle and compassionate demeanor meant so much to our family, especially in how she interacted with my mom—never hesitating to offer hugs and physical comfort. Selectacare came to my rescue when my mom had major surgery and I was unable to return from overseas to take care of her.
They were recommended to me on a FB group I’m a member of. I needed help fast and they really came through for me!!!
I spoke with Greg, he answered on the first ring. I explained my situation to him and he proved to be the most empathetic, professional and most helpful and understanding person I’ve ever dealt with.
He arranged the care that was necessary for my mom and his people even met her at the hospital and escorted her home! Wow!
The care that my mom received from this company was truly amazing!!!
You can imagine my angst of being 10,000 miles away and not being able to be with my mom throughout this process but I can tell you this - Greg and his staff were the perfect surrogate!
The cost of their services were reasonable and fair - especially considering how compassionate and organized they were.
The staff arrived exactly as scheduled and, as I arranged 24 hour care for the first four days after my mom’s surgery, this was extremely important.
This company exceeded my expectations in every respect!
